1. Fill Student Details: Enter your full name (in English and Hindi), parent’s name, course, roll number, registration number, and contact details accurately.
2. Select Your Course and Session: Choose the appropriate course and academic session from the dropdown lists provided.
3. Provide Current Postal Address: This address will be used to send your degree by post if you're not attending in person. Ensure it is complete and correct.
4. Choose Attendance Option:
   You must indicate whether you will attend the Convocation in person:
   • Yes – You plan to attend physically
   • No – You prefer to receive your certificate by post
5. Pay the Applicable Fee:
   Based on your attendance choice, the Convocation fee is:
   • ₹2,100 – For students who WILL ATTEND the Convocation in person
   • ₹2,300 – For students who WILL NOT ATTEND (Degree will be sent by post)
   The fee can be paid through:
   • Bank Transfer
   • Qr Code
6. Confirmation and Receipt:
   After successful payment, download or print your acknowledgment slip. If it's not generated immediately, please wait for 24 hours.
7. Important Notes:
   • Certificates will only be issued after successful registration and payment.
   • Students attending the Convocation must follow all guidelines issued by the University.
